Protocol Version 2.7.0 | Last Update: June 2026
1. Telephony & Infrastructure Link Authorization
By connecting your active communication systems or provisioning a dedicated business routing line through Flux Automation, you authorize the system to track real-time connection status metadata and incoming call events. You acknowledge that Flux Automation acts as a secure processing gateway for the sole purpose of missed call text-back conversational handling, customer triage screening, and dispatch delivery routing.
2. Acceptable Usage Rules
Users of Flux Automation virtual front-office dispatch services must adhere to the following protocols:
- Authorized Use: The service is intended strictly for the processing of legitimate inbound customer inquiries, emergency service requests, and operational business communications.
- Compliance Moat: Users must comply with all local, state, and wireless carrier telecom regulations, including CTIA guidelines and TCPA text regulations regarding consumer communications.
- Prohibitions: Users may not utilize the automated infrastructure to distribute unsolicited marketing text campaigns, broadcast mass spam, or execute malicious robo-dial routing vectors.
- Account Integrity: You retain complete responsibility for securing your Flux Agent Portal credentials and monitoring number whitelist rules inside the Personal Contact Guard configuration card.
3. Telephony Carrier Compliance & Data Shielding
Flux Automation enforces absolute containment across conversational channels. No mobile info or opt-in verification keys will ever be shared or sold to outside marketing engines or third-party networks.
"Inbound conversational payloads, phone whitelists, and client location metrics are completely isolated at the edge, ensuring data shielding protocols remain un-compromised."
4. Subscriptions & Termination
Flux Automation offers high-performance automated dispatch structures. All recurring subscription packages are managed securely through Stripe.
- Tiers: General HVAC & Dispatch ($99/mo) and Attorney Intake ($199/mo).
- Termination: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time directly through your Agent Portal Dashboard. Following a cancellation request, access remains fully active until the end of your running billing cycle.
- Technical Evaluation: After your initial setup configuration, the system automatically runs the active month-to-month tracking plan unless a cancellation flag is processed before your cycle date.
- Refunds: Due to immediate overhead costs required to provision dedicated local Twilio routing numbers and dedicate API token allocation pools, refunds are not issued for partial month cycles.
5. Independent Software Disclaimer
Flux Automation is an independent software application provider. We are completely separate from, and have no official affiliation, joint-venture, authorization, or sponsorship with any external local search engines, third-party mapping networks, or proprietary CRM platforms unless explicitly stated. All product, brand, and company names listed are trademarks™ or registered® properties of their respective corporate holders.
6. Liability Limitations & Conversational Guardrails
Flux Automation operates using highly advanced, serverless conversational agent intelligence. While we maintain industry-leading accuracy guardrails across our text response parsing layer, Flux Automation Inc. assumes zero liability for missed leads, connection delays from carrier network outages, or human parsing errors resulting from irregular text formatting inputs sent by consumers.
